Returns & Refund Policy
At Little Bambino, your satisfaction means everything to us. We want every order to bring comfort, joy, and peace of mind to your family.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused and in their original condition
- Items must be returned in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Please note that certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item and packaging
We will gladly arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, as we begin processing orders quickly to ensure timely delivery.
After this timeframe, cancellations may no longer be possible.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Final sale items
- Gift cards
- Personalized/customized products
- Used items
